Fiorese Giovanni has gained its know-how in over 40 years of experience, manufacturing parts for the global market with attention and efficiency to customers’ requests from technical drawings.
Thanks to the innovative capacity of 19 modern CNC lathes with complementary equipment and a 3600 m2 facility, all safety, environmental and quality standards are assured and met.
The Company produces CNC bar turning, milling and reworking parts made out of different materials such as stainless steel, special steels, aluminium and brass alloys, bronze and plastic materials, within a diameter range from 5 mm up to 120 mm. Using the most modern measuring instruments and statistical monitoring systems for production, the Company is able to plan and control all processes with the greatest organizational, manufacturing and logistic flexibility. On request components will be provided assembled.
For surface treatments such as galvanizing, chrome plating, anodizing, and nickel plating, the Company cooperates only with long term and certified suppliers.
The final stages, washing and packaging of the machined parts, are carried out with care according to the specific customer requirements.
